Tallahassee Film Festival Artistic Director Steve Dollar hosts a conversation with Mary Wharton, director of the documentary "Jimmy Carter: Rock and Roll President". Featuring musical interludes by Mary's father, and blue musician, Bill "The Sauce Boss" Wharton, this special TFF event took place in January 2021.
